UCI agrees to strip Lance Armstrong Titles

The International Cycling Union (UCI) Agrees to Strip Lance Armstrong Titles and imposed a life ban on Lance Armstrong, who has been accused of consistently using performance enhancing substances.

Earlier this month, the cyclist was banned for life by the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) after it found "overwhelming" proof that he had successfully evaded drug testers throughout most of his career.
